Chapter 3.2 - My Target is the Male Lead’s Son

Giving up, Jing Lie decided to be a good boss and let her lean on him for a while.

But her eyes kept looking up at that small, clean face over her shoulder. Fang Jiu had a very fair skin color and there was not a single flaw on his face. Her long eyelashes remained motionless. She looked like a child when she slept, and no tension could be found.

I used to assume that his secretary was in her thirties. But now, it seemed that he was very young. He used her as a secretary when she was very young, and it was a mystery how she survived.

"President, there is a man who hit a child. The police are working on it, but we probably won't be able to proceed in a short period of time. Should we go back and change our route?" The driver said seriously, stopping in front of his window. But when he saw Fang Jiu, who was leaning on Jing Lie's shoulder, his expression turned very strange.

Secretary Fang had a death wish!

Jing Lie pondered for a moment before saying, "Change to a different route."

The driver nodded in a daze and returned to the driver's seat.

As they turned, Fang Jiu's head unconsciously fell forward. Jing Lie tried to put her back in the position she was in before by pushing her shoulder back. But in that instant, the lapels of his shirt fell open. Due to his perspective at that time, a certain person could clearly see that snow-white part under his shirt.

Jing Lie looked away so that he wouldn't look at her on purpose. His eyes turned darker.

Fang Jiu, who was pretending to be sleeping, couldn't open his eyes, so he actually fell asleep without knowing it.

...

He looked at Fang Jiu, who was taking a nap on his shoulders. His chest flaps were still open; his prominent chest rose and fell as he slept. It was hard to imagine that a person as boring as her would have such a good figure.

Jing Lie looked away, typed on his computer for a while, and told the driver: "Go to Meiyuan Apartment, 26, Nanan Road."

The driver, sitting in front, froze. Although he did not understand why they suddenly did not return to the company, he changed the route according to the address he gave.

As the car parked, Jing Lie took a look at that tall apartment building. He knew at first glance that such an apartment in such a place would cost at least five million. It seemed that this secretary of his was quite rich.

"Wake up," she patted him rudely on the face.

"Hmm?" Fang Jiu, half asleep and half awake, opened her eyes. When she realized that she was still leaning on Jing Lie's shoulders, she immediately straightened up, surprised, "I'm sorry... I'm sorry, chairman. I... I didn't know..."

Life is a dramatic spectacle and your survival depends on your acting skills.

"Get off," he deadpanned.

Fang Jiu blinked and couldn't do anything but open the door and walk out. When he saw that he got down in his direction, he was very surprised.

But when he turned around, the car had already driven away.

As he watched the Maybach gradually disappear under the night sky, Fang Jiu pouted and hummed as he walked back to his house.

She immediately kicked off her high heels as she entered. Lying on her sofa, she realized that it would be better if she thanked her boss.

When he reached for his phone, he paused for a moment before quickly running to the bathroom and turning on the faucet. A jet of water immediately came out and crashed to the ground.

He answered in just a few rings, and Fang Jiu immediately said, "I forgot. Thank you for sending me back."

How did he know his address?

Listening to the sound of water coming from the other side of the call, Jing Lie looked away from his laptop screen and looked at the scene outside the window: "I just conveniently dropped you off at home."

Then he couldn't help but ask, "What are you doing?"

Was there a flood in your house?

Fang Jiu leaned over the sink, was purposely silent for a moment, and said in an awkward voice, "I'm... I'm getting ready to take a bath."
